Our Director

For more than 20 years Tammy Eallonardo managed a top-performing branch of a regional staffing company where she earned the credential of Certified Staffing Professional from the American Staffing Association. It was during this time that she worked to build strong relationships with business and industry throughout Ross County. Prior to entering the staffing industry, Eallonardo served the travel & tourism industry in various capacities, including the management of a full-service hotel in Chillicothe, Ohio.

Mrs. Eallonardo has worked to improve the community through service on various Boards. Offices she has held include President of Chillicothe City Council, Chairman of the Board of the Economic Development Alliance of Southern Ohio, Chairman of Chillicothe’s Design Review Board, President of the Chillicothe-Ross League of Women Voters and Vice Chairman of the Chillicothe-Ross Chamber of Commerce.

As the Director of EDASO, dba Greater Chillicothe & Ross County Development, she works to promote the region as the perfect mix of work, life and legacy. She is a life-long resident of southern Ohio and the daughter of a small business owner and a paper mill worker. She and her husband live near the historic downtown district and enjoy teaching the virtues of small town living to the next generation.
